Telecentres Powys is funded through the European Regional Development Fund with 'match funding' from Powys County Council. |
Due the fact that we are working on a number of co-ordinated Local Government sponsored projects, the funding mechanisms for all of these projects are complex. However, funding from other related projects includes the Social Development Fund and Llwybr Pathway.
We also play our part in other National projects such as IT for All, the BBC Webwise campaign, The Open University. In addition we also work closely with mainstream educational & business advice providers including the local College of FE Coleg Powys, Llysfasi College, the University of Aberystwyth, the University of Glamorgan, The University of Wales, Lampeter, Powys Training, Mid Wales TEC, and Business Connect.
